Information collected
Enquiry forms request contact details, study preferences and, for a profile review, academic background. Do not send sensitive documents. Basic server metadata is used for abuse prevention.
Purpose and recipients
Details are used to respond to enquiries and plan counselling. The configured email provider and, if enabled, CRM/webhook provider receive the submitted details. Identify these processors and any international transfers before launch.
Retention and your choices
Template: publish a justified retention period, deletion process and contact method for access, correction, withdrawal and deletion requests. Do not retain enquiries indefinitely.
Tracking
Optional analytics and advertising tags load only after optional tracking consent. You can change that choice through Cookie settings. State applicable legal bases and local rights after legal review.
